Valérie Kaminov is a global force in the beauty industry, renowned for visionary drive she has helped countless clients transform their businesses. With a career that spans over 30 years Valérie’s high-level experience and entrepreneurial insight have led her to work with well-known brands, emerging start-ups, leading retailers, distributors, investment companies and governments from all around the world.
She founded the International Luxury Brand Consultancy with a clear vision to combine a bespoke boutique approach with a results-driven methodology and a dynamic global reach. She now operates in over 60 countries with an enviable network of multi-channel contacts and has become a recognised authority in international business growth.
Valérie’s impressive track record of successes reflects her extensive knowledge of multiple beauty categories which include haircare, make-up, skincare, fragrances, devices and wellness. Her skilful and often innovative approach has played a pivotal role in the transformation of names like REN Skincare, Babor, Penhaligon’s, Orveda and many more. This deep expertise comes with a passionate commitment to furthering sustainability within the beauty sector.
Valérie is also a much in-demand partner for key industry shows and exhibition organisers in the creation of curated initiatives and dedicated business programmes. Her unique set of skills have seen her organise much acclaimed collaborations and stand-alone events. Highly sought after as a moderator, panellist and keynote speaker Valérie is also an expert columnist and author of multiple market reports.
