Essential Information to Know:
To secure your spot
All exhibitors must place a minimum of a 50% deposit to secure their booth, exhibitors must then settle the remaining 50% balance 4 weeks prior to the show date. Deadline for deposits is 15th January 2026. If you wish to pay by deposit please get in touch with the team - alternatively please book online in full to secure to your stand booking today Prices start from £4000 ex VAT (incl £500 Media Package).
How many brands will participate in the show?
The show will host 30-40 brands in a gallery setting allowing visitors to comfortably spend time and engage with each brand.
Can I sell at the show?
Yes you can sell at the show but merchants need to bring their own payment devices.
Can I buy at the show?
Yes you can buy at the show.
Can I issue tickets to potential customers?
Yes all brands have access to tickets to send to their customers or potential new business opportunities, feel free to send over a list to our team and they will allocate the tickets.
Can I bring external display fixtures?
Our brand display booths are designed to be move-in ready, we do not allow external furniture however you may choose to bring in support display elements and POS. If you would like to do this please liaise with our team for the logistics information.
Will I receive attendee information?
Yes we will share a list of attendees who consent to being contacted post show, we recommend all exhibitors record details of their booth visitors to further communicate with.
